81' mk1 golf 1.8 8v turbo tin top

really, really, really don't want to do this but seen as though i cant fit the missus and 3 kids in it it has to make way for a caravelle.
detals are: 82' sunroof model in gloss black
                     white mim alloys
                   mk3 vr6 black leather
                   new red carpets
                   boost, oil pressure, and lambda gauges
                   mdf interior rear quarters housing 6x9s
                   brand new coilovers
                   standard mk1 gti front brakes with new drilled and grooved discs and new pads, mk4 rears
                   new fuel pump, tank, filler neck and injectors
                   all new serviceable items ie, plus leads cap rotor ect
                   turbo technics turbo in as new condition
                   new g60 head gasket
                   new timing belt and tensioner and water pump and all cooling system seals ect
                   mot april 2013
                   will tax for new owner (6 months)
                   remote central locking
                   mileage 119k increasing as i am using it as my daily
                   new clutch
                   new complete gear linkage kit
probably a few bits i've not mentioned as it has taken me over a year to get the car just right so feel free to ask any questions
now the not so good bits: there is no parcel shelf or supports as the car came to me with only 2 seats and i havent had time to shop for these at the mo, there is also the n/s mirror adjust knob which is missing (can't remember where it went after fitting iron cross mirrors) and the head lining has come unstuck at the rear not ripped at all just unstuck.
if you are genuinley interested in the car feel free to come and have a look/ drive i will guarantee you will not be disappointed.

just to add i've recently replaced both front tyres and the steering rack  as it was getting a bit sloppy so the steering is now as tight and precise as it should be   :)
