Stop now if you are looking for a concours show car. This car is 40 years old (tax free in Apr 2023) & has some superficial issues. It is however a really solid honest example with a no advisories MoT (5 July), recently refurbished correct wheels (five), new tyres and good condition paint and bodywork for the age.

There are three minor rust issues - the lower rear corner of the nearside front wing, the lower NS corner of the screen and the filler cap. Nothing horrific, but they are there. The hood is pretty new - I think about 5 years old - there's a nick in the hood fabric in the NS rear corner where it meets the body. Could be sorted, doesn't leak. The interior is generally good. Perfectionists wouldn't like the door cards and the radio needs sorting. I'm being very clear as it's not perfect.

The engine is the 1600i. Full top end overhaul four or so years ago. The car was declared Cat D in 1999. No further details on this I'm afraid.
