The car is in very good condition.
The electric hood is in very good condition and operates perfectly. The car comes with a hood cover for when the roof is down.
The interior is Mauritius Blue Cloth - there is the usual side bolster wear on the drivers side, however I have a piece of original cloth that can be used to repair this area.
I had intentions of pulling this car apart and restoring it, but I am now moving house and loosing my garage, so the car has unfortunately got to go !
The car just been to Midland VW for new Fuel Injectors and WUR, and is running perfectly as a result ! Discussing the value of the car with Jody at Mids VW this week, he rated this price as very cheap and stated it drives very tightly with surprisingly good brakes for a Mk1!
