1984 gti cab ( PRICE ?750 )

Im looking for ?750 For my much loved 1984 mk1 gti cab, no mot, or tax both are about to expire, the car has had over ?3000 spent on her in 18mth these include….
new mohair room including roof liner ( 6 mth ago )
new weitec coilover suspension
new gear linkage's and shortshift
new bearings + brakes allround
valve guides and stem seals ( 18 mth ago )
to name a few

car is my daily runner so very much drivable and never wanted for anything all work carried out by C & R ENTERPRISES  in nottingham

for the mot i believe it will require welding ( which is beyond my handyman skills ) to the passenger side sill small hole has appeared since last mot, mechanically no probs recent alternator and oil cooler only probs ive had
would make a ideal on going project for which i no longer have the time
