1982 Mk1 Golf Cabriolet - finished in Racing Bronze and having undergone an extensive set of upgrades over the last 5 years, all to an incredibly high standard.

20Valve Turbo Engine ( K03 ) and full wiring loom / clocks from a SEAT Ibiza Cupra, professionally fitted by 'The Phirm' over 2007/2008. REVO Stage 2 and fuel system upgrade delivering circa 220BHP.
 
CHASSIS:
7.5x15 (front and rear) Ronal Turbo single piece wheels, with 195/50/15 low profile tyres, MAXX coilover suspension front and rear, Upgraded Front Discs and carriers to Mk2 16V with Mk2 16V Servo / Master cylinder, Rear Disc conversion with Bias set-up. New Calipers, Discs and Pads all round in last 1000 miles. New brake pipes and braided hoses all round.
 
ENGINE:
2002 SEAT Ibiza Cupra engine with K03 Turbo. Engine had covered 58,000 miles from new before conversion in Nov 2007. Timing belt changed and water impeller changed to Audi metal one whilst engine was out. Standard SEAT management and wiring loom incorporated into car. REVO stage 2 software and fuel system upgrade. O2A vr6 5 speed gearbox and new Heavy duty sports clutch coupled with cable change gearlinkage. New battery relocated to boot, Front Mounted Intercooler with Custom charge-pipe work and Samco Hoses. QPeng 2.5" downpipe coupled to Stainless Steel 2.5" Exhaust System. Custom laser cut engine / gearbox mounts. Water bottles relocated to scuttle area and engine bay smoothed and painted SEAT yellow whilst engine out. Twin immobiliser system
 
OUTSIDE:
Resprayed in Racing Bronze. GTi Chin Spoiler. Clear front indicators, Crosshair E-Marked Headlights. Single spot, chrome grill conversion. Crystal / Red rear light clusters. New Italian Vinyl roof and headlining in last 12 months

INSIDE:
Immaculate, custom MOMO Leather Interior and headrests. Leather coated parcelshelf. Upgraded front door speakers in original pods. Custom Dash insert manufactured by the Phirm to hold the Ibiza Clocks and Boost Gauge.

As is clear from the photos there has been a lot of work, effort and money put into this car, all the work has been done to incredibly high standards by professional companies

Bad Bits ?? Not really, although some parts of the car are 30 years old including some of the original panels, so there is the odd micro dent or bubble under the paintwork. However, you need to be up close to spot them and they really do not detract from the car.

Guaranteed head turner and you will have a smile on your face when you put your foot to the floor, keeping it in a straight line can be fun under full throttle. Spent over £7,000 on the car in the last 5 years throughout the conversion. Currently taxed until the end of September and is MOT'd until May next year.

Incredibly reluctant sale but I just do not use her enough any more, she did 72 miles between the last MOT's which is just wrong. She loves to be driven.
