my 1978 series 1 mk1 golf ls

full spec is as follows



engine;

fully rebuilt corrado 9a 2.0 16v

new rings, shells seals and bearings

new water pump

new oil pump

new cambelt

abf head fully ported and polished

rebuilt by vaga bond using new stem seals re ground valves and new hydraulic tappets

bespoke 1 off mechanical ignition

new dizzy leads plugs and coil

new oil temperature and pressure sensors

new water temperature sensors

all new water hoses

it was rolling road'd at 176 bhp shortly after being run in



chassis

fully polished 7 & 8"x 16 impul rs hoshino racing wheels

fully adjustable coilovers i have kept greased free from corrosion

new poly bushes throughout

new wishbones, arb and brackets

scirrocco gt brake callipers

black diamond drilled grooved and vented disks



interior

classic italian racing steering wheel using mountney boss

seats are original but could do with a re trim

dash is original

new genuine vw series 1 wings

new genuine vw inner wings

new genuine vw rear panel

new benuine vw rear bumper

all chrome trim and chrome mirrors are original genuine vw

clear vw glass throughout



the car will come with 12 months mot and 6 months tax

the only bad point is that the engine bay could do with a respray and a chassis notch wich i have been quoted at £500 for a full engine bay respray ,chassis notch and heater pipe delete
