Here we have the very regrettable sale of my MK1 Golf. Move forces sale. As mentioned the car is a 1982 GTI. Must sell so offers will be carefully considered.

Info as follows:

Engine from a MK2 16v GTI - with roughly 69,000 miles. (car has approx 149,000) - Modestly tuned (lots of extras, performance plugs/KV85 leads/hoses) Circa 150bhp.
Full performance stainless exhaust system (from the 4:1 manifold all the way to the tail pipe).
Short shift kit (35% less throw reduction)
Up-rated disks and callipers.
Brand new set of ATS cup 15" alloys.
Everything has been professionally fitted.
Original paint work is in fantastic shape but not perfect with a few tiny patches having been sanded down..
Car is solid underneath.
Lots of parts included with sale, including four ORIGINAL VAG panels, ORIGINAL VAG Chrome parts too, all bought with the full intention of a restoration.
Has been dry stored for the entire winter months.
Unfortunately the above means no road tax - and MOT ran out a week ago. (will fly through though)
Up until then was only ever a weekend driver and has never let me down, (even on the trips from Cambridge to Cornwall)
Full and extensive (not to mention expensive) history, but there is no log book im afraid.
