WINGS?

I NEED TO REPLACE THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT WING ON MY GOLF CAB,CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THE WINGS ARE THE SAME FOR TINTOP AND CABBY.MY CAR IS A 87,DID THE PATTERN ALSO VARY OVER THE YEARS.I HAVE BEEN TOLD YEAR AND MODEL ARE DIFFERENT IS THIS CORRECT?

i was told that the wings are different at the bottom, somethng to do with the thicker sills of the cab ?????

There are subtle variations in the wings fitted depending on year and model. Don't bother with pattern ones, universally considered a poor fit and thinner metal. Best bet is to go your local VW dealer or call http://www.gpcvwaudi.com/ with your chassis number and they should be able to get the correct genuine one for you.
