window alignment
When the front window is correctly aligned, how far in front of the B pillar should it sit? On my passenger side, the seal on the B pillar is showing about 1/4 - 1/2 inch but on the driver's side, which I KNOW is out of line as, when you wind it down and then try to wind it back up again, it sticks, the seal does not show at all. The glass is almost touching the B pillar. Is the amount of seal showing on the passenger side what I should be aiming for.

yeah you should be able to see a little of the b pillar seal, generally i try to shove the window as far forward as i can into the front slot seal, seems to do the trick. main problem i had was the passenger glass bending inwards too far and catching on the B pillar seal as it wound up, took me a lot of swearing to get it right

Under the door there are adjustment bolt.
These adjust the fore aft motion of the glass.
The height can be adjusted by altering the bolt which is behind the door cards.
