where to find door top seals

Just putting the finishing touches to my Campaign - the plastic / rubber seals that run over the top of the doors are a bit ropey, and no longer available.

Can anyone suggest an alternative?

Also, I'm loathed to put pattern arch extensions back on, anyone know of any BBS body kits? - MC Rallying used to do a replica GRP kit…
