Where should the GTI grille badge be?

I'm 90% sure mine is 1 slat too high, and not far enough over to the light?



Am I right in thinking that?

yea i think it needs to be a bit closer to the light and maybe one or two slats lower, but other than that it looks good.

i think if you brought it down 1 bar it would look right

This is a car supplied by VW for PR events, and the badge is wrongly at the very top of the grille, looks rubbish!

That's what I thought, couldn't be sure though, as all the pics I could find were twin headlamp grilles.
