Whats it called and where can I get one?

Help please, today I've been stripping down the doors on my 1990 cab. They're in remarkably good nick considering they're originals. However, the piece of metal that forms the runner for the glass and the back end of the quarter light, on the passenger side is totally shot.
So does anyone A: have a spare for sale or B: know where I could get one?
