What seat foams are thie same as...

Hi, i need to replace my front seat foams top & bottom on both seats on my 92 clipper, are the mk3 seat foams the same? i know how to , but i dont know what else fits, there are loads of mk3 golfs in the breakers near me..

dont think mk3's are the same.. i do know you can still buy the foam from vw..  or at least you could a couple on months ago but its about £70 +vat just for the base
