Is there any effective way of getting rid water stained seats?

First and Obvious find the leak and fix it.
Aqua vac did mine, give them some vanish stain digester etc, rub in and leave.
Wet seats with Vac Spray, agitate, wash through and suck the dirty water out with the extractor.

or if its really bad, take the seats out, remove the covers and throw in a washing machine.

these are really old stains, but i have a fairly new roof so doesnt leak ….sort of…. if we gte a massive down pour it does still leak in the corner where it mets the a post, quite annoying
Cheers guys ill try the vac way first but i have a feeeling this wont work as the stains are so old.

water stains are easy , spray seat with a fabric cleaner , dont soak though , give it a rub with a micro fibre and allow to dry , do the whole seat as it will dry out patchy if u spot clean it.
any other stains you want to use a wet vac .
