VW MK1 BLACK KARMANN 1.8 GTI

Hi all,
 Im curently restoring my convertible VW MK1 BLACK KARMANN 1.8 GTI, car was bought new from vw cyprus by me and its 20years old now.
So its a pity to sell it while im the only owner and my main problem is that when it rains, water comes in from passengers door.
I decided to change ALL rubber seals , have a full service etc..
Where is the best place to find rubber seals ?
Car more or less is flawless and engine has 80k kilometers on the clock.
Im greek speaking so please forgive me if my english is not that good.

don't think you can get new rubber seal anymore

have you changed the foam gasket that are underneth the rubber seal??

what exactly is the foam gasket?
i just want to replace windows outside rubber seal scrappers , seals around doors and the seals on hood.
