i have a 1983 1.8 golf GTI in larsha green, can anyone tell me the paint code?

For some reason LA6V sticks in my mind but could just be jibberish   wait for some clarification

VWL A6V as some places refer to it. But usually LA6V.

there are a couple of variations on the code as well light and dark according to my paint shop - may need to check against a swatch to be sure ,plus depends if your only doing part or all the car.

good paint shop will help
