There's too many to list, but here's a few - Gravitex, 3M , Fertan, Waxoil etc etc They are all 'messy' but some are easier to use.

it depends way tiy are working on, but i ned to stay well away from wax oil, i hate the stuff, and dont think its all that good, i have just bought a set of repro wings for my mk1, and after a bit of a clean i have coated the underside with Seam sealer (gray stripe) my mate used it on his mk1 about 5 years ago, and they havent rusted at all, whereas my other mate used wax oil 2 years ag, and he needs new wings allready.
do a search on google for Frost, they selll loads of good paints, i think ne is called Por 15.
Good luck.

if you use a product like gravitex you can get a very smooth finish when its used in a gravity fed spray gun. check the info on the back of whatever product you`re going to use. it should tell you you the best way of achieving different finishes.
sharp customs bodyshop, mansfield, notts
