tow bar?

can anyone help me please?
i am looking for a tow bar for my 83 golf gl.
does anyone know where i can get one and what sort of price are they?

Came off our mk1 gti, includes the rear bumper so just bolt, wire up and away you go.

Were in Hampshire/Surrey.

i could come pick it up or i could get my dad to fetch it as he is closer to hampshire than me.
i guess its the one that attaches to the bumper brackets and the bumper fits over it?

Hi mate, its a complete built into the bumper job. Dont know much about it other than it was on our mk1 when we got it.

Postcode is gu35 9ha if you want to pick up. Its my parents house so will need to arrange a time etc but wont be a problem.

Crazyquiff - didnt mean to snipe in on the thread and cut you out buddy!

No worries - i'd already talked him out of buying one from me as I only have after market ones at the mo

Coolio - can you get hold of sills with the trim recess in them?

Bit worried about cutting them off and the car folding in two on the rotisserie!

Still here buddy, has been for 3 years so it aint going anywhere lol.
