swimming pool in car (rtts)

Hi all.

Just got back from RTTS (should i say run to the rain) lol… Was good, but found this year to be quite,

Just been mopping out the car today, which was full of waer I have checked the engine hole's which are near the fan, which are clear from dirt and not blocked.. Just wondering where else to look?? could someone help me on this, pics would be good too

try window seals, particularly the windscreen if it's wet in the front foot wells. Re seal yourself with mastic if you're competent.

Close the sunroof or put the hood up?! :wink:


Seriously though… Usual place is the membrane of poly that seals the door behind the door card it needs to be stuck down to the inside of the door. Usually gets ripped or left off when speakers are added..

I had a terrible leak in Tafy for a while in the passenger foot well and it turned out that it was getting in from the seal on the inside of the door where the wing mirror had been replaced and the lining hadn't been sealed properly.
