Strip between Clipper Kit (side skirt) and body

Just joined and am located in Singapore.  I have a 92 VW Cab where parts for Golfs are not so readily available.  I will be repainting the car. I need to replace this strip of plastic between the side skirt and the body and part of this strip has broken off.  Is this strip still available and from whom?   Thanks
