But I do know that they are adjustable so you're right there. When I put tinted glass in mine, I had a glazing firm do them all round and they knew about them being adjustable.
I can't remember where they were but maybe underneath the bottom of the door?????
Sorry, can't be any more help than that. have you checked Haynes manual??

what vapour barrier? :dontknow:
actually i need to adjust it to move down coz when rolled up
all the way the top edge of the glass rests on the plastic strips
on the outer edge of the seal.
so either the door won't close fully or the the glass just bends and leave a gap between the seal from the B pillar

the vapour barriers are the plastic sheets stuck to the door behind the doorcard, without these the car will leak!
