Someone to weld my golf for me ££ waiting,

Hi Guys,

I see so many people on here with an amazing talent for welding. People who buy in cars that are so far gone but still have it in them to fix up, or people who do the odd bit here and there and still do a cracking job.

I have been scouring the local paint shops for sometime to try and find someone to help repair my poor little golf but most local place are either too busy (booked up to the end of the year) or WAAAAAYY too expensive!

So, to my golf…

My Build Thread

It had a full rebuild from the ground up about 10 years ago and the shell is extremely solid. It had a BBS bodykit smoothed into the body. I have now removed this and there is some rust on the rear arches and rear panel that will need to be looked at along with a nice dent in the front panel.

So my questions is, is there anyone on here that could potentially and professionally look at my car and give me a reasonable quote for the work

I've been to a paint shop round here and they have said the lip on both arches are corroded enough to need replacing as well as the more obvious quarter rear corners and potentially a new lower rear panel.

It also needs a repair on the front panel where it has been dented.

After that's done it'll need painting the whole car below the black trim line but that's not the most important thing at this time.










If anyone can help me with some prices, or somewhere that you know around the Northants, Banbury, Bucks area that can help me out that would be awesome. I have been wanting to get this done for a while now and have cash waiting for the right person
