sealer for refitting wings

Hi guys, i need to refit all my wings after my respray is there any sort of sealer you could recomend for putting around the wing bolts on top? Just to make sure no moisture gets in really.

Also if i give the inner arch a good scrub can i buy anything to paint over the sealer?

waxoyl under the arches etc. you can get a gun for it so you spray it in (much better than painting it) which reminds me i need to get one this week.

seam sealer in a tin will be fine for joints and seams (hence the name) etc.
