scuttle panel replacement, doing me nut in!!!

body shops keep coming round and giving me silly quotes/ not taking it on. is it really that much of a pain in the a*se!!!??

got the panel ready, just needs cutting, welding, and blending sureley most body shops should be able to handle this. blackpool berks!!!
