Rust areas on restoration project - advice please?

Hi all,

been to look at a Gti to buy as a resto project. has usual rust in wheel well, one cill, wings etc. but my main concern is  hole in the roof right by the gutter
and a hole in one of the front window pillars? Are these really difficult to replair?

bodywork not my speciality so any help appreciated

the front window a piller often rust and there are repair panels for this

the roof can be done as well but you can either replace the whole roof or just do the little patch

if its by the gutter you'd probably get away with a local repair.
