Roof lining and carpet need replacing in 3 Door Mk1

Around the sunroof the fabric is starting to look shabby, and the carpet in the car needs fitting properly, can anyone recommend anywhere in Tyne and Wear that offers services like this?

Or are there any guides on how to do this myself?

try newton commercial for both lining and carpets.
carpets dead easy to do and roof lining slightly harder ( will need at least two of you ) i took all my windows out, but it is fairly straight forward.
