Roof Gutters

Hi

Im currently having a problem with rotten drivers roof gutters on my project.

Has anyboy replaced the gutters on there golf, or would it be easier to fix  new roof, because of panel warp from the welding heat?

Also does anyone have good gutters they want to sell (can be a left over from a non sunroof conversion) or a complete roof?
