Repair panel for jacking doughnut under a piller?

Does anybody list a repair panel for the jacking point "doughnut" and the bit of floor above it? (i.e. the section directly below the a post)

I could chop one out of a shell for you - not available new

Not available new? bum cheeks - how much for the jacking point and about 6 inches around? I'll try and grab a photo of the damage tomorrow

I could chop one out of the new floors I have but would be a bit more expensive - I think the new floor panels will probably be sold in chunks anyway - do a pic then I'll price it up
