Removing spot/fog lamps

Can anyone tell me the easiestway to remove spot lamps from the grill without breaking anything and with minimal beam adjustment? Thanks

Great question buddy, I spent ages trying to replace my cracked ones…

only to realise you can pop them out.  Its because its a type of ball fitting into the grill and the plastic surround keeps them in place..
remove the plastic surround and they come out easy peasy

aye, take it easy on them, you'll figure it out when you have a close look,

from memory 2 are on adjusters and another  one is fixed..  think you can push them through from the frontwith a screw driver…  I take it you have the grill off the car
