Removing my steering wheel "Socket Size"?

as title suggests, i'm trying to swap my steering wheels over (91 plate clipper)…I have a 22mm socket but the big boy isn't quite big enough..

Are these 24mm nuts?  Rather know for sure before I go buying one..

i recently changed my steering wheel and i used a 25mm but mines an old car, mines 76

Can't remember for sure but I did mine once too and I think it's the same.
