Removing front seats - how to?

One of my front seats is booking in at the re-trimmers next week so I need to remove it.

Now I'll be honest and say I've not been out and looked yet, so it may be really obvious, but how do I take it out?

Any special info I need, or is it just a case of undo-ing a couple of bolts?

Any advice would be appreciated.

remove plastic rail cover (1 screw) remove bolt at front (10mm + allen bolt) lift slide lever and back she goes
