Relocating front plate - Clipper bumper

I'm looking to relocate my front number plate to just below the bumper (clipper bumper on cab gti). Can someone who has done this show me where they attached the plate and how the bracket looks if poss??

last time i did that all i did was drill the 2 holes in the bottom of the bumper and bolted it on (on the black bit at the bottom)

Cheers Chris, do you mean you drilled holes in the black splitter at the bottom? I was thinking of using some kind of bracket so it hangs just below the bumper like this one -

mines in the same place as the one in the pic - i used a number plate surround, then ziptied that onto the bumper - not going to leave a mark if i decide to move it at a later stage
