Rear Seat Belts

i have small child and need to fit rear 3 point seat belts in the Cabro for baby seat has anyone got any idea on where i can get them from and how easy are they to fit! Sorry just bought the car 2 weeks ago and will prob have lots of questions to ask!!!

I have little boy and I was worried that the lap belts would be no good for the car seat in my cabbie. It took a bit of doing but i got his child seat to fit securely with the lap belt, in fact its so secure its an even better fit than the three point belts i had in the rear of my old car. No movement or free play in the seat at all. If you are using booster seats then yes fit the three point belt, but if they are full child seats, with their own three point belt, don't worry too much as they will be quite safe and secure!! :wink:

or as an alternative, Maxi Cosi do a child seat that is INTENDED for 3 or 2 point seat belts!!!!! i got given one of the seats today for my cabrio and it fits superb, the model is maxi cosi "priori" it has extra fittings so it accomodates either type belt which is ace

Thanks for all the replys i have just purchased a Britax which is made to work with a lapbelt, but just a  word of warning i have been told that in october they are changing the car seat laws again that no child under 11 can ride in front of a car at all! and that possibly the car seats will have to be fitted  with 3 point harness!! whether this happens or not i'm not sure.
