Hi, i just done my own, only one i found available was imported african genuine one chubbnut sells on ebay but its pricey! Well easy to cut out and change, worst bit is chasing boot floor and rear corner rust, basically i cut mine off leaving the spot welded bit attatched to boot floor and sides spot welded on, then when main bulk is removed unstitch all spot welds, clean up drillnew panel where spots were for plug welds and reweld as a summary lol

^^^^^What Martin said! ^^^^

I did mine a while back, can't remember if there's enough photos in my resto thread to help, maybe only before and after but feel free to take a look.

Progress has been slow the last couple of years for me - this WILL be the year! lol

thank you very much for your replies guys!
here's some pics of my problem: my car has some rotten rust in the red areas in this pic

so i think the best way to repair this is to cut the rotten part and weld another fresh and new metal sheet (but i unfortunately can't find those corners for sale, only full or half rear panel)
i looked to the panel and i founded many spot welds, but i can't understand how the rear panel is welded to the left and right "wings"…i tried to look from inside the car but there's another metal sheet ( in the blue area) that hide what's there is behind it.

If the rest of the panel is ok then talk to Rich (Crazyquiff) to see if he's got by chance off cuts of shell you can use to repair. Will save buying the whole panel  ;)

where i can find him?
can you explain me how the panel is fixed with the rest of the car in the red areas?
from what i've seen it seems spot welded on the top,at half height (with the boot floor) and in the lower corners (around the bumper holes too),but i can't understand how it's fixed in the areas that i have to cut (maybe just sealed?)
