Raising a door??

On washing my car for the first time today the first major problem became apparent - the drivers door has slipped slightly meaning the top of the window is not completely watertight and you have to lift it when opening/closing it??  Is there any way of adjusting this??

sounds like it needs  a new hinge or set of hinges.
