rain tray drainage
water did come inside down behind the heater box. is this normal? im guessing it went through the fan inlet and pored through?
or should it be sealed up around that area?
i think my drain holes may have been blocked so when im washing my car its been filling up and a bit getting in. does that sound logical.
cheers

4 drain holes? Mine leaks the same! Anyone got pics of the drain holes! I'm off to have a look! Could I have welded over the drain holes when welding the inner wings?
I think we need a section just for leaks!!!!!

This is too much for the drain holes to deal with, even when clear, and some is bound to overtop the edge of the heater surround and pour down inside!
Test for leaks with a small flow of water from a hose, and keep it running while you carefully take back the carpets and look around the bulkhead. Mine had a rust hole by the bracket above the steering column, so water was trickling down there. Trouble is, you don't see it because of the carpets and find it fill the footwells! Even without using water, you can often trace the staining from water flowing in if you search carefully.
Good luck…

Shouldn't leak at all so something is amiss. Have you got the black plastic rain tray that sits over the heater in place?
