problem with the rear seatbelts

A month ago I took the rear seats out and now I put them back in. but when when I wanted to fit the seatbelts for the rear again, I couldnt pull them out. its just like when you break really hard and they stay in position and you cant pull them out any further.
really need some advise on how to get the seatbelt out again, as they are fully rolled up at the minute.

Angle of attack mate, make sure they are in the same position as when fitted in the car.
