power hood oil, where do i get it from???

hi guys, power/hydraulic hood oil needs topping up,i,ve searched the net front to back but can,t find anywhere who can tell me what oil to use.Any body help me out??

Hi I got mine from a local VW dealer think I paid about ?6 for it.
