Please can anyone help me with my golfs poorly door hinge?

Please help my head from rattling when I drive my little black golf!!!!!
   
  In march I bought my little golf and the drivers door had dropped from the hinge but now when I'm driving along I have to have my window down because the door rattles with it up.
  
 Please can someone tell me if I can fix the hinge somehow or if I have to buy a new one and if a new one is needed where can I get one?

open the door wide, and lift it it upfrom the bottom near the lock end so it bends the hinge slightly
iv done this to loads of them so dnt worry

also check the door catches/bolts still have the plastic section on them.
may be worth replacing from new before lifting the hinges, otherwise probably have to do twice.


 pic on this ebay item shows the plastic coller, think you can get new ones from VW still.
