Pillar Repair - Best Method

This is how mine looks and it's one of the repairs i'm dreading, the gutter lip being of great concern. How to get the look with a bit of sheet…..

What about cutting it out and putting a good pillar in?  Possible?

When my dad had his own workshop there was a Mk2 he had in that had been smacked in the side.  He cut the whole lot out including door pillar and welded one from another shell in.

To boot, i need someone to do it.  Cumbria.

Any dependable Bodyshops in the North West?

best thing is start grinding, but by the looks of it you're going to have to cut it out and weld in a new piece. entirely doable!
