ETKA is VW software distributed to dealers only.
Some people have dodgy copies.
You don't have all the updates and the prices are a bit iffy but otherwise it's the same as what your local parts man looks at on his PC.
There's a Italian guy who sells cracked copies.
Or so I've heard.
