parcel shelf rubber lifter things

for the love of god how do i remove these? i have a good parcel shelf with snapped rubber thingy and one you wouldnt let dog sleep on but with good rubber thingys, am i missing summat? theres a plastic bit and then rubber thing inside it, but seems rubber bits to big to fit thru plastic thing either way :dontknow:

Hi, they do fit………eventually. Just takes about an hour of squeezing the things through and swearing  

Paul don't be tight   buy some new rubber things and cut the old one's off . ?2.00 a pair last time i looked .

Bit of lubricant !! easy to pull in the new ones

ahhh didnt think of that, cheers fellas, damn tricky though 8O  it wasnt the money nigel after a good deal of effort it became personal and i still managed to snap one
