Parcel shelf removal?

Almot embarrassed I cannot figure this out......how do I remove the parcel shelf from a 1990 Clipper? :-)

It's just clipped into place.
There are small clip rods at either end that push into similar clips.

Ps you had a response from the hood people yet ?

Thanks, First time of doing anything with my Clipper and I think I'm going to snap something!!  Re. the hood, yes and no, he is happy to have it back in and sort the issues out I just have not had the time to taker a day off work to sort it out.  The main part I'm struggling to see a way around now are the two tabs which should be attached through the rear cable….When I purchsaed the hood I took it out it's box, checked it and then left it til I handed it to the guy fitting it….He has said there were none in the box and the hood company said they supplied them…….not sure what to do now as I cant see a way of getting them on, or solving being abe to attach the cover at the rear?  Thanks for your response
