OUCH!!!!!!

Bloody boot strut is well passed it's day who does an uprated one and why did they only put a boot strut on one side?

I got a new one when I started getting dents in my forehead!

I got it from GSF and it was ?10-?15. As far as just one side goes it's plenty, it's just that new cars are so fat they need one each side.

Apparently they got it up from the Luton store to Leeds in one day. 8O

Single strut isn't butch enough to do the job IMO, even new ones lose their strength and let you doen in cold weather…
Top tip is to fit another one on the other side of the tailgate - simple job even for twits like me who can't weld - make a mounting bracket and fix with big self tappers! Tailgate never falls down again! One day I'll post a pic of my masterpiece!
