New member here! Rear tow point rotten!

Hi guys!
New member here!
I bought my first mk1 1.1 this week off a lady who has had it since new, it's been stored in a new barn for the last 12 years! With 50 k on the clock!

Any way it needs 2 rear arches, where's best to get theses from?
There is also a hole in the spare wheel well and on the boot floor on the right hand side, the metal looks pretty thin! where car I get repair parts?


And this to me is the big one I lent on the rear tow hitch and it pushed straight through! The box section that it's attached to is pretty rotten, my question is what is this section called and where can I get one? Also is it a big job to replace?

I'm no expert but you can see these areas being done, the wheel well should be easiest with a bit of plate and a MIG
