New Hood - folding problems

Not so recently now, i had a new mohair hood fitted to my cabbie (manual roof).  Since it was put on, the folding has been an issue.  I have to make sure it is folded correctly and that the part that folds inwards is sufficiently tucked in.  

Even if i do this and manually make sure it is all folded nicely, if drive down the road at a decent speed, by the time i reach my destination the hood has unfolded itslf (the inward folding part coming out).

Anyone had this?  What's the remedy?

It could be that the internal straps that connect to the frame and are rivetted on haven't been put back in place. I will include a link
