Mk2 dash conversion ?

Is it possible to fit a mk2 golf dash into a mk1 clipper? Are there any good sites or threads on this issue?

Bump! I would be interested in knowing if this is possible to? think there would be problems with the glove box and knee bar tho........

anything is possible, but its not a direct fit. lots of mods and wire splicing needed
