mk1 grill?

i have a four lamp grill and want to put a twin lamp grill on.is there anything ineed to do to get it to fit? or does it simply replace the 4 lamp grill and fit in possition with ease? and does the lights off the main headlamps off the 4 lamp grill fit the 2 lamp grill or do i need to purchase new 1s to fit?

Direct replacement, just tuck your loom extensions out the way in ase you wish to revert.

Will your car pass mot with only low beam lamps?

I was debating converting to a 2 lamp, but have never asked the question..

There is high beam in the outer lights.  H4 bulbs are twin filament 60/55w.

Yep, extra driving lights.  Some models have them as fog lights with a different lense pattern supposedly being able to see better in the fog, they are about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Yep, just for better high beam.

For info, a car won't pass the test with high beam not working (but you'll have no worries, see above).
