Mk1 Fibreglass Wings...would you use them..???..

Hiya

 Im at the start of the looong resto of my mk1 gti,and im stuck with the wings situation..my own arent worth fixing,so im considering pattern wings or fibreglass wings..not sure which would be best though?
 Has anybody here had the same problem..?

Go for metal all day long even if they are pattern. You can move them and nick bits off if required to get a good fit.

ive got fibreglass wings on mine but only because its a track car, if its a road car  i would defo go for metal.

Fibreglass ones on mine too. Good fit but again, mine's a track toy used occasionally on the road.
