mk1 cabby rear bootlid badges fixing

first time post! Just after a little help with mounting the badges which is through a double skin on the tail gate anybody have any top tips or ideas. many thanks.

There are blue plastic plugs that go into the holes.
The studs on the back of the badges go into these.
If its a clipper carb model it will have a seperate cabriolet badge that is held on with double sided trim tape.

They can be bought from chubbnut on ebay.

I only seen black ones tho.
